On Wednesday 6 November we welcomed Old Savilians and Old Girls to a Business Networking event in the heart of the City at the offices of Mount Street Group. 

Hosted in their wonderful space by Serenity Morley (OG 97), Global Chief Operating Officer for Mount Street Group, it was wonderful to welcome alumni from across the City. We were joined by alumni from across a range of professions, from finance and law to events management. The group reminisced about their time at QEGS and WGHS, whilst expanding their personal and professional networks. 

Guests were joined by staff from across the Foundation, and welcomed by Head of QEGS, Dr Richard Brookes, who spoke about our exciting plans for the future, including how we continue to work with our alumni community. He also highlighted the many ways in which the assembled group could support the Foundation through volunteering as mentors or giving careers talks to current pupils who are about to take that first step in their career path. 

It was a wonderful evening which showcased the amazing career paths which many of our pupils go on to achieve, and a great opportunity for those early in their career to link up with more experienced alumni and continue the connections which began during their time at WGHS and QEGS.
